yespunjab.com Workshop on Bakery Products organized at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions - Yes Punjab - Latest News from Punjab, India & World In endeavour to develop a skilled hospitality professional in bakery, School of Hotel Management of Innocent Hearts group of Institutions organized a workshop on “Bakery Products.” The resource person for the workshop was Bakery Chef Mohit Monga. Chef Mohit briefed about sculpture of chocolates and methodologies of preparing dough to the students. During the session, he demonstrated the recipes of Vanilla Cake, Dry Cake, Marble Cake, Almond Cookies, Choco chips, Ajwain Cookies and Coconut cookies. Chef Mohit also motivated the students to start-up their own venture to fulfil the dreams and passion of life. During the visit Harinder Singh (Head, Production Dept., Markfed) gave description of the different productions like Sag line and Honey processing unit, their procurement and supply chain management, Budget Management and Marketing Management of Markfed products to the students. Students learnt about the quality measures taken at Markfed production unit. The officials handled numerous queries of the students. It was a practical and pragmatic experience for the students. Assistant Prof. Divakar Joshi, Nayia Sharma, Babita Malhotra and Mamta accompanied the students during the visit. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Gagandeep Kaur under the guidance of Group Director Dr. Shailesh Tripathi.

yespunjab.com 'World Thinking Day' celebrated at Innocent Hearts - Innocent Hearts’ five schools (Green Model Town, Loharan, Nurpur, Cantt.- Jandiala Road, Kapurthala Road) celebrated ‘World Thinking Day’ on the birth anniversary of the founder of Scouts and Guides, Lord Robert Baden Powell, in which the chief guest was Mr. Hemant Kumar (State Training Commissioner of Punjab. The program was started with the flag hoisting. It was followed by match – past by the students of Scouts and Guides. Various games were played by the students with great enthusiasm and joy. A coloring competition was also organized on this occasion. The winning students were awarded.
