“Bakery
& Patisserie” workshop organized at Innocent Hearts Group
The resource person for the workshop
was Chef Manpreet Kaur, an entrepreneur
Jalandhar, December 16, 2021: To
acquaint the students with specifics of bakery products, School of Hotel
Management of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized a workshop on
“Bakery & Patisserie”. The resource person for the workshop was Chef
Manpreet Kaur (An Entrepreneur).
Chef Manpreet started the session with the role of measurement and temperature
in preparation of bakery products. During the session, she demonstrated the
recipes of Vanilla Sponge, Strawberry Compote, Chocolate Chip Brownie, Vanilla
Cupcake, Chocolate Walnut Fudge and Shortbread Cookies. Chef Manpreet also
motivated the students to start-up their own venture to fulfil the dreams and
passion of life.
Chef Gagandeep Humpal (HoD, School of Hotel Management) presented a vote of
thanks to the resource person for sharing her valuable skills and experience
with students.
