Mother’s Day celebration in Innocent Hearts, Moms enjoyed with their children - Punjab News Channel

Jalandhar May 8 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Mother’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the five schools of Innocent Hearts (Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt Jandiala Road, Royal World and Kapurthala Road) and Innocent Hearts College, in which students ranging from young children to college participated. Special programs were organized in schools on the occasion of Mother’s Day. In INNOKIDS – the pre-Primary School special events were organized for the Mothers of Class Explorer. The mothers of the children danced a lot with their children. Various games were played with them and organic food was arranged for them by the school. The mothers who won these games were honoured with eco-friendly gifts.

On this occasion, many activities were conducted by the children in which they celebrated the lasting bond of love and affection towards their mother as a festival. In online activities, they laid the tables with her mother’s favourite dishes. They shared the happy moments with their moms while participating in sandwich making and healthy bhel making activities. Little children expressed love for their mothers while reciting poem with the title ‘Maa’. A few Mothers presented a group dance performance.

They visited the school daily for dance practice. They thanked the school management for giving them a golden opportunity to come on stage with their children to express their feelings. The cultural team of Innocent Hearts Group undertook the theme of ‘Motherhood’ in card making and various activities like poster making, poetry reading, role play and skit. The students enthusiastically participated in these activities and expressed their heartfelt words towards their mothers. The students wrote appreciative words for their mothers on the self-designed cards and posters. The winners of these activities were awarded certificates.
