Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Organizes Guest Lecture on “Classroom to Creator — Career Motivation and the Entrepreneurial Mindset”

Jalandhar, October 25, 2025: The Management Department of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions (IHGI), in collaboration with the Training and Placement Cell, organized an inspiring Guest Lecture on “Classroom to Creator — Career Motivation and the Entrepreneurial Mindset” at IHGI.
The session was conducted by Charan Kamal, a Visionary Entrepreneur, Transformational Speaker, and Youth Transformation Catalyst, who motivated students to move beyond their comfort zones and explore their potential as creators and innovators.
Kamal emphasized the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset, nurturing self-confidence, and transforming ideas into achievable goals. Through real-life examples, he highlighted how creativity, passion, and resilience can turn ordinary classrooms into spaces for leadership and innovation. The lecture inspired students to adopt a proactive approach toward their personal and professional growth, encouraging them to think independently, act with purpose, and strive to become future leaders and changemakers.
